About Kicol
The name Kicol has existed since 2008, envisioned by Eduardo Macedo as the brand for a personal project that would, one day, become a company.
For over a decade, while Eduardo worked in the corporate world developing systems for large-scale operations, Kicol matured as a plan. In March 2022, with that experience consolidated, Eduardo left the corporate world to build his own operation.
In February 2026, growth led to the natural next step: Kicol became Kicol Tecnologia e Serviços LTDA, headquartered in downtown Rio de Janeiro. The transition formalized what was already reality — a consolidated company, with recurring clients, structured contracts, and an operation that delivers with consistency.

Our philosophy
We work on custom software development and on the continuity of systems already in operation, mostly with companies that depend on technology to run and need stability in the medium and long term.
Over the years, we've worked with businesses that grew on improvised solutions and reached a point where they needed to structure their technology base properly — whether through building new systems, integrating platforms, or evolving existing software.

Every request handled by Kicol goes through FullFlow, our in-house management and tracking system. Clients see the history of every ticket, the time spent, the classification of each request, and the current status of the work. It's our way of replacing the classic "how's my project going?" with an answer the client already has on screen.
